Melt-Spun Foil

Melt-Spun Foil is made by rapid solidification, a process that enables the manufacture of amorphous metals which are unable to be manufactured by conventional cold or hot rolling techniques. Melt-Spun Foil and preforms are commonly used to braze heat exchanger assemblies, to assemble and repair compressor vanes, stators, and hush kits for aero engines.
