Business Development Manager
The Role – Principal Objectives:
We are looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join our team and help us meet our ambitious growth objectives. Located in the Midwest and concentrating in the Aerospace market, this individual will identify new business opportunities and develop plans to increase sales and market visibility. In addition, your responsibilities will include:
• Customer relationship management
• Strategic sales and market plans
• Pricing, lead follow-up calls and finalizing sales
• Differentiated technical solutions through applications engineering
• Sales and Technical presentations to various audience groups
The Person – Key Requirements
With a history of career success you must be highly motivated and target driven. You should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business or related qualifications and 5+ year sales experience in a technical field. Experience in the Aerospace MRO industry a plus. You will be required to travel regularly to meet our customers' needs. In addition, you should possess:
• Excellent sales and commercial acumen
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Strong commitment to growth
• Flexibility to adjust to industry and customer demands
• Ability to thrive in a “team” environment
